- snake_case for vars/functions
- PascalCase for classes
- UPPER_SNAKE_CASE for constants
- Type annotations required
- Imports: stdlib -> third-party -> local

Format: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH

- .env never in git
- JWT: HS256, 60min access, 30 days refresh
- Passwords: bcrypt
- Pydantic validation on all inputs
- RBAC: user, admin, owner
